what you need to know
The conference registration fee includes the following:
∙ Full attendance to the Conference Sessions + lunches
∙ Conference Dinner (except students fee)
∙ Hard copy with the Conference Abstracts and USB with the Conference Proceedings
∙ Certificate of Participation
Oral Presentation Time: 20 minutes (including 5 min Q&A, discussion and changeover of the session).
Keynote Lecture Time: 30 minutes presentation (including 5 min Q&A, discussion and changeover of the session).
Plenary Presentation Time: 40 minutes (including 10 minutes Q&A, discussion and changeover of the session).
Posters: all posters must be printed in A0 (use Poster Template), 1189 mm (height) x 841 mm (width). The posters must be placed by the authors in the predefined area and removed at the end of the session.
Time allocated for your presentation includes the time for discussion. We strongly recommend that you do not exceed the time limit in order to give the other speakers enough time for their talk, and give the audience the opportunity to ask questions and/or make their own statements.
Speakers are requested to respect their schedule and present themselves 15 minutes before the beginning of the session.
Submitting Presentation File
Presentation files can be only accepted as *.PDF, *.PPT, or *.PPTX (PowerPoint).
Speakers are requested to upload their presentations with a member of the staff of their session at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session. Please bring your presentation in a pen drive.

Abstracts and Conference Proceedings
Instructions for abstract preparation and submission
To submit an abstract please use the template Abstract Template PPI and send it to the following e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Submission”. Before submitting, please do not forget to identify if you aim at an oral or a poster presentation.
The official language of PPI 2023 is English.
Each participant may submit up to 2 abstracts.
If the abstract is accepted, upon your request you may prepare an extended abstract of your work to be included in the Conference Proceedings (use Extended Abstract Template PPI) that will be published after the conference (including ISBN number). A selected number of extended abstracts will be invited to submit a journal paper for a special issue within 'Plastics, Rubber and Composites: Macromolecular Engineering' and others to be defined.
All accepted abstracts and accepted proceedings are included in the Conference Abstracts Booklet. Conference Proceedings in USB flash drive upon registration.
